Pursuant to 5 N.N.C. §2012(C), Issuance of Regulations, the Navajo Nation Gaming Regulatory Office (NNGRO), hereby issues notice of proposed revisions to the Navajo Nation Tribal Gaming Regulations, Title V – Class III Gaming Minimum Internal Control Standards.

In accordance with 5 N.N.C §2012(B), this notice is to provide an opportunity to all those concerned regarding the issuance of proposed revised regulations and to allow the acceptance of comments for a period of no less than 30 days after issuance of this notice. The NNGRO will accept written comments from interested persons/parties until November 15, 2023 at 5pm (MST). All written comments can be sent to the mailing address below or dropped off at the NNGRO Main Office in Window Rock, Arizona. Comments must include contact information (name and phone or email).
